23 Northgate Trace Condominiums

23 Northgate Trace Condominiums

900 North Main Street 29609

2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms

Rent: $1600/month

Our Northgate Trace condo is a less typical location for SouthLand Properties — right on North Main Street in the condo community at #900 North Main. Typically our units are available in quiet locations near downtown (and this Main Street community is a quiet wooded property) but not directly on Main.

#23 Northgate is a large unit — 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and around 1200 square feet. We are posting several photos of this beautiful place — but they do not catch the full scope of the property.

The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, stone tiled floor, and bay window (you can see the bay window in our outside shot of the unit).

There is floored attic space for additional storage and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Northgate also features a community pool behind #23.

But the two best features — other than the Main Street  location — are the living room with the wood-burning fireplace, and closely connected, the screened in porch directly off the living room with additional closet space. That space is just beautiful — great for quiet breakfasts, or extended space for larger gatherings. During Spring and Fall (and let’s face it, sometimes even during the Winter here in Greenville) you can open the living room doors out on the porch and just enjoy the air and the birds.

The North Main neighborhood is walkable — less than a block north is the iconic Northgate Soda Shop and North Main Rotary Park. Head south two blocks and you’ll see Horizon Records and The Bohemian Cafe on Stone Avenue. Just across the street from Horizon is Two Chefs Cafe & Market and just a few blocks further south are the tennis courts, miniature golf course, and beautiful trees of McPherson Park. A few blocks from McPherson Park on the same street is wood fired pizza restaurant Stone Pizza Company. A few blocks east of North Main on Stone Avenue is the neighborhood pub, Universal Joint Greenville. Directly east of #23 Northgate, down Garraux Street and Cary, is The Community Tap, another great neighborhood pub.

If you want to enjoy the many wonderful features of downtown without the hassle of parking, know that the Greenville Trolley System features a North Main to downtown route Thursday through Sunday.
